Welcome back to planDisney! I am so excited for you - you are arriving at Walt Disney World Resort very soon! You’ll be staying at one of my most favorite
Good Neighbor hotels, the
Walt Disney World Dolphin. You’ve got great taste. Let’s dive in and get some answers.
The great news is that you absolutely can (and should) link your Dolphin stay to your My Disney Experience app. To do this, simply
log into your My Disney Experience app, tap on the main menu in the lower right corner (☰), then tap My Plans. Under the “Is Anything Missing?” section near the bottom, tap Link Admission, Reservations or Purchases, then tap Type ID. Scroll down to Resort Reservation and enter your Dolphin confirmation number and the last name on your Walt Disney World Dolphin reservation. From there, you should be all set!
The awesome part about linking your hotel reservation now is that you will be able to purchase
Lightning Lane passes 7 days before your arrival date, which is in just a few short days. During your stay at the Dolphin, you’ll also be able to take advantage of
Early Theme Park Entry daily as well as
Extended Evening Hours on select nights. Check the
Disney World Hours & Events Calendar to see when Extended Evening Hours are scheduled. Your resort is in the EPCOT resort area and within walking distance to
EPCOT and
Hollywood Studios (but if walking isn’t your jam, you have transportation options like the complimentary Friendship Water Taxi), and you’ll be super close to
Disney’s Boardwalk Inn,
Yacht Club and
Beach Club resorts. There are so many great dining options at those resorts, like the
Cake Bake Shop Bakery by Gwendolyn Rogers and
Cape May Cafe which features a super fun character breakfast. If you have time, be sure to check these out.
