I have booked a hotel to stay near Disney world and was wanting to get tickets to go. How far in advance can you buy park tickets? Do they expire after a certain day or can we use them at any time? Thanks in advance

    Hi Tiffany!

That is a great question! Walt Disney World tickets can be purchased in many numbers of ways but one thing is constant. Whether you buy the tickets directly through the Walt Disney World Theme Park Ticket Site or from other vendors, your tickets can be purchased at anytime before your trip.

When you purchase your tickets, Disney does not give you a time limit to first use the tickets and they are good forever. BUT, when you finally get to the park and your ticket is scanned, you have fourteen days from that day to use the remaining days on your ticket. There is an extra charge that you can have added to your tickets which allows you to have a non-expiration option. This just means that they never expire. Up until this year, when you where making your ticket purchase online, there used to be an option to include the Non-Expiration option. Now you have to call in to this number (407) 939-7679 to purchase the tickets via phone.

Thank you so much for asking the Moms Panel, Tiffany! I hope you have a fantastic day!
