I booked my hotel and picked my ticket amount but I have not gotten tickets linked to hotel

Hi there, Cheyenne! Welcome to planDisney! I’m sending you a pixie-dusted greeting from California, where the magic awaits you in just a few months.

Your Disneyland Resort plans are coming together beautifully! Hotel? Check! Now, for the sprinkle of pixie dust that makes it all real: picking out those theme park tickets—which, by the sounds of it, you may have already done! Are you dreaming of 1-park-per-day adventures, or will you be maximizing the magic with Park Hopper tickets?

If you've already purchased your tickets, Cheyenne, let's check to see if they're already linked to your account. If you bought them through the Disneyland website, there's a good chance they've been “automagically” connected. To be sure, let's consult the trusty Disneyland mobile app! Once you've opened the app, tap the menu button (the three little lines at the bottom right), then tap “My Tickets & Passes”. If you see your tickets here, there’s nothing else you need to do to link them. Just a friendly reminder from a fellow Disney fan: be sure to make those park reservations, if you haven't already! You'll need those to enter the parks.

If your tickets aren't showing in the app, don’t worry—you can link them in a flash! Just pop over to this page to link your tickets and passes to your account. You’ll need your ticket ID number handy, which is most likely in your confirmation email.

Haven't purchased your tickets yet, Cheyenne? No problem! You can buy them anytime—not just when you’re booking your hotel. To get started, visit the Disneyland tickets page and select the ticket type and number of days you’d like to visit. On the next screen, you'll be making those super important park reservations. If you chose Park Hopper tickets, this is also where you'll pick your starting park for each day. You’ll then have the flexibility to hop between parks beginning at 11 AM on those days. At the end of the purchasing process, you’ll be asked to sign into your Disney account. This is where the magic happens—your tickets, once purchased, will be linked to your Disney account and ready to unlock the enchantment!

And the magic just keeps getting better, Cheyenne! It sounds like you'll be calling one of the Disneyland Resort hotels “home” during your visit! That means you'll be just a hop, skip, and a jump away from the parks! Plus, you'll get the incredible perk of Early Entry—30 extra minutes in the park before it officially opens! If I’m at Disneyland Park, I usually find myself gravitating toward Space Mountain (pun intended!). At Disney California Adventure Park, Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission BREAKOUT! is my go-to for an adrenaline rush. Who needs coffee when you can start your day with a thrilling free-fall?! It’s the perfect way to wake up your inner superhero!

From one California dreamer to another, Cheyenne, I'm so excited for your upcoming Disneyland Resort adventure! Remember, we're here at planDisney to help with any other questions that might pop up! Have a truly unforgettable trip!
