I have booked my hotel and park tickets, but everytime I log in and check my reservations, they aren't there and I have to put in my reservation number every time, is there a way that I can keep my reservation number in there without having retype it?

    Hi Heather!

When you log into your Walt Disney World account online you'll see a little orange suitcase - near the top of the screen - with a hidden Mickey on it ("My Disney Vacation"). The little suitcase is located next to the "Welcome, Heather!" greeting near the top. If you are already logged into your account, place your mouse over the orange suitcase and click on the drop down option titled "My Reservations." Your Disney Vacation reservation should automatically come up. Again, make sure you are signed into your account. If you continue to experience difficulties, I recommend contacting the Technical Support Desk at (407) 939-7765. They should be able to help you resolve the issue you are experiencing. Please let me know if I can answer any other questions for you.

Enjoy a most magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
