    Hi, when I booked the hotel and linked it to the Disney website, it said that a package was going to be sent to me to start planning our trip. I booked the hotel about two weeks ago, how long does it take for this package to arrive?

    Any day now you should receive a booklet in the mail filled with customized information about your stay. You will be able to read the latest on MyMagic+ and learn about My Disney Experience and MagicBands. There is also a section about your resort, each theme park, Disney Springs and even the water parks. It also has a reminder for what your next planning steps should be and important dates to remember, like when you can begin Online Check-In.
