Hey there, Ying! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney. Gosh, I am so sorry to hear you’re in this predicament, I know how frustrating that must be. Since
Disneyland Resort reopened in 2021,
park reservations have been required in addition to
theme park tickets.
If you purchased your tickets on the
Disneyland website, it asks you to select dates while purchasing the tickets. Do you think there’s a chance you made reservations without knowing it? Here is how you can check. Go to My Disneyland, Ticket and Reservation Details, View My Park Reservations. At the bottom of this page you’ll see any reservations currently linked to your account.
If by chance you are staying at a Disneyland Resort Hotel, there is a
reservation calendar for hotel Guests that you can access
here.
If you are unable to secure reservations, your unused
tickets can be used in the future. They will remain linked to your account and are typically valid for a lengthy period of time. For instance,
one-day tickets purchased in 2022 are valid until December 30, 2023. You can contact
Ticket Services to confirm the exact expiration date of your tickets.
Ying, I am sending you a pinch of pixie dust for good luck!
