I booked our hotel directly through the Swan. We bought park tickets from the Disney website and had them delivered by email. I know you can link the hotel and tickets to schedule the Fast Pass, but where do you get the card you need to use the Fast Pass?

    Hiya Stephanie!

Thank you so much for stopping by!  I hope you enjoy your stay at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort!  We vacationed there several years ago and loved the resort and the location!

If you head on over to My Disney Experience (and make sure to download the My Disney Experience Mobile app on your mobile device), you can simply put in your Walt Disney World Swan Resort Confirmation Number to pull up your vacation information.  You'll need to link your reservation to your existing disney.com account (the one that you used to log in and reach us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel) and you should be good to go!

If, for some reason, you can't get everything to pull up, then you'll need to manually put each ticket number in for each member of your travel party.  The ticket information will be found on the back of your tickets, and My Disney Experience will walk you step-by-step through that entire process!

    Happy planning!

Have a magical vacation and thank you so much for stopping by!
