Disneyland Paris Halloween Holiday

    Hi. I booked my hotel and added on the magical shuttle transfer. I was under the impression this was the train that takes you straight to the station outside Disney. I’ve since found out it’s a bus. I’d like to cancel this as my preference is the train.

    If you booked the Magic Shuttle as part of a Hotel + Ticket Package with Disneyland Paris, you can cancel this add-on to your package by contacting Disneyland Paris. If you booked directly, please contact the Magic Shuttle directly, and they will be happy to help with your query.

    Natalie, there is a high-speed train that you may prefer, which travels between Charles de Gaulle Airport and Marne-la-Vallée station at Disneyland Paris. It only takes about 10 minutes, so, with a little faith, trust, and pixie dust, you’ll be making your way to the heart of the magic in no time at all!

    October is a spooktacular time to visit Disneyland Paris, Natalie, with spellbinding surroundings and exclusive spooky entertainment. It’s my favourite season to visit the Disney parks, and I’m sure you will have the most magical time.
