    Hi we booked our holiday via the Disney world website. We go in 24 days and just wandering when we should receive our tickets please?

    Wow, there's not long now until you will be on your way to the Walt Disney World Resort - you must be so excited!

    My family always book our trips direct with the Walt Disney Travel Company here in the UK and I can tell you that typically, you will receive your travel documents 2-3 weeks before your departure date.

    If you still haven't received your travel documents 14 days prior to your departure date, I would recommend that you call the Disney Experts on freephone 0800 16 90 730.
