We booked our holiday through a UK travel agent 7 days ago. When I have tried to log into my Disney Experience and link my reservation, I have been told that my reservation doesn't exist. I have tried logging in on my phone and laptop. Can you help?

    Hello Helen,

As the current UK-based Panelist here at planDisney, it'll be such a delight for me to offer you some pixie-dusted assistance today with your jolly July plans to holiday at Walt Disney World Resort.

Helen, I'm so very excited to hear that you've only just recently in the last week booked your Disney holibobs!  And with your trip being only a few weeks away, I can bet that you're so looking forward to visiting Mickey and Minnie Mouse during the World's Most Magical Celebration for the 50th Anniversary of Walt Disney World Resort.

Oh no!  I'm sorry to know that you've been having a spot of bother in linking your Disney holiday reservation made via a Travel Agent to your My Disney Experience account.  Helen, I'm more than happy to share that when booking directly with the Walt Disney Travel Company, it's usually straightforward to complete the linking process by following these instructions -

     - Using a desktop computer, log in to My Disney Experience
     - Select My Plans
     - Hover over Resort Hotel and select Link Reservation - this opens up a new webpage
     - Continue to follow the onscreen prompts to add the Resort Room Confirmation Number and Lead Passenger Name details to enable you to go ahead and link your reservation.

Additionally, I'm also wondering if perhaps your Travel Agent might be able to provide the correct Disney booking confirmation to enable you to successfully go ahead and link your reservation to your My Disney Experience account.

Helen, if you should happen to incur any further technical difficulties in linking your already made Disney reservation, then I would suggest speaking in person on the phone with a knowledgeable Cast Member who should be able to assist with your enquiry.

To connect with a helpful Cast Member, please dial the UK freephone number contained within this handy Walt Disney Travel Company - Contact Us link.  Prior to dialling, you'll want to be sure to have the Disney holiday confirmation details provided by your Travel Agent, and any other pertinent information close to hand.

If you should have any further questions concerning your upcoming July holiday to the most magical place on earth, then please do feel free to drop back to me here at planDisney.  After all, you've always got a friend in me!

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
