    Hi , I booked our holiday through travel city, how can we access the disney check in or planing guides, is there a way to get the personalised maps sent to us in the uk, I did them online but can only put in usa addresses

    Hi Lesley,

    In order to check-in online or make dining advanced dining reservations on the Walt Disney World website, you will need to contact Travel City Direct to request your US confirmation number. This is a very common request and shouldn't cause you any difficulties.

    To help you with your planning, you can watch Disney videos online which let you explore the parks, resorts and more HERE as well as being able to view the 2011 brochure online and order a copy of the Little Big Book of Magic guidebook which contains pull out maps and insider tips to help you get the most from your trip.

    Unfortunately, you must be 18 years or older and live in the United States to order customized maps for home delivery but you are able to create the maps on the Walt Disney World website and print them off at home.
