We have booked our holiday package via an agent in UK. However we have not booked our park tickets and plan to book them online via Walt Disney. How does this work? Will we need to print payment receipt and hand to reception when we arrive at Music Resort?

    Hi Julie!

Thank you for visiting the Moms Panel!

If you order your tickets through www.disneyworld.co.uk you will need to print the confirmation page on the website after booking. When at Walt Disney World you will need to take this page with you to the Will Call window at one of Disney's Four theme parks to exchange for your hard tickets.

Alternatively you can call freephone (0800 16 90 730), and then your tickets and documentation will be sent to you 10-14 days prior to your departure from the UK.

You can see all the tickets available to UK Guests, and the special offer (until September 30th) where you can purchase Disney's 14-day Ultimate Ticket, which will give you 14 days for the price of seven!

If you have any further questions please come back and ask - I would be happy to help you plan your magical vacation!
