    I booked my holiday package and it included a $200 gift card. How do I receive it and do I have to do it the day I arrive or can I do it anytime through out my holiday. Many thanks Lucy!

    Hi there!  Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    I am excited to see that you have booked your holiday to Walt Disney World to include the special offers such as a Disney Gift Card. These gift cards can be used like cash throughout the whole of the Walt Disney World Resort, at Disney owned-and-operated locations in the theme parks, the Disney Resort hotels and select locations at Disney Springs.  You can also use them to pay your room charges at any time - just visit the Front Desk of your Disney Resort hotel to do this.  When you receive your holiday documents from the Walt Disney Travel Company UK, or any other UK Tour Operator, you should receive a voucher for your Disney Gift Card.  Every time I have collected mine, it has been from the Information Desk at the World of Disney Store at Disney Springs.  You will need to take your voucher, and photographic ID with you (UK Driving Licence or Passport are fine), and you can collect it at any time during your holiday.  However, there is a brand new Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs, and this may be where you need to collect your Disney Gift Card from - instructions should be on your voucher.

    Disney Springs  is one of my favourite places to spend my time at Walt Disney World, and you will be spoilt for choice with all the wonderful shops.  Have fun spending your Disney Gift Card!
