    Hi , when we booked our holiday, included was Disney's 14 for 7 Day Magic Ticket + Dining Credit + $400 Gift Card. Where do we collect dining credit and the gift card ? I was told the hotel at check on from Tui store . Thanks in advance .

     Welcome to planDisney, Carrie. We're so glad you stopped by! It looks like your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort is just about to begin. How exciting! I bet you're counting down the minutes. 

     You have lots to look forward to when you arrive at the Walt Disney World Resort. An immersive stay at a Disney Resort hotel, Theme Park adventures, incredible dining experiences, AND a Disney Gift Card and dining credit as part of your vacation package! Wahoo! When you arrive at your Disney Resort hotel, first, breathe in all that magic air, then, stop by the Front Desk. Once you've checked in, your dining credit will be emailed to you. You can then download it to your smartphone for easy access! As for your Disney Gift Card, it can be picked up from World of Disney at Disney Springs. My fellow panelist and UK resident, Sue, gives some great advice about collecting and using your dining credit and gift card. Be sure to check it out!

     While you're at Disney Springs, I recommend stopping by Amorette's Patisserie for a sweet treat. It's located right next to World of Disney! I always order the crème brûlée - it's heavenly.
