Hello Julie, and welcome to planDisney!
Thanks so much for stopping by to ask me such an important question about registering for the
Disability Access Service (DAS) during your upcoming holiday at Walt Disney World Resort.
Julie, I'm incredibly thrilled to hear your lovely family of 10 Mouseketeers is finally all set to travel across the pond to see Mickey Mouse and all his pals at the most magical place on earth! As you've been waiting ever so patiently since 2019, I feel sure that the excitement is really beginning to build now July 27th is finally just around the river bend.
The Disability Access Service (DAS) is just one of the wonderful
accommodations provided at Walt Disney World Resort for Guests living with disabilities. I know from my own personal experience of holidaying with close family members who have hidden or
cognitive disabilities, just what a difference it can make to have access to the DAS.
I have some tiggerific news to share with you, Julie! Upon entrance into your first Disney Theme Park, simply make your way to
Guest Relations where Cast Members will be waiting to discuss your darling Grandson's particular needs.
If appropriate, Cast Members will be more than happy to provide registration for the Disability Access Service (DAS). Plus, it's also good to know that once registered, the Disability Access Service (DAS) lasts for up to a whole 60 days!
Now all that remains is for me to wish you and your whole family a supercalifragilisticexpialidocious
Summer holiday to the magic of Walt Disney World Resort! I hope you'll enjoy each and every enchanted moment with your loved ones.
Have a great Disney day ~
Jane
