    Hi I booked my group’s park hopper tickets together. All have genieplus service. However, I am unable to book reservations for my group. I get a message that they need to be linked. Please help

    Welcome to planDisney. Now that you’ve booked your party’s theme park tickets, made your Disney Park Pass reservations, and purchased the Disney Genie+ service, you’re ready to begin planning the fun part of the trip! For instance, I hope you’re thinking about the top attractions your party will want to experience. And thanks to the Disney Genie+ service, you’ll be able to maximize your time spent at the theme parks since you can select the next available arrival window for the select attraction of your choice and then go through the Lightning Lane queue!

    Stacey, if you’re unable to reserve your Lightning Lane choices right now and are receiving an error message, it is because you won’t be able to book your first Disney Genie+ selection until the day of at 7 a.m. EST.

    If you’re having trouble with any other types of reservations, please don’t hesitate to call and speak to a friendly Cast Member at My Disney Experience at (407) 939-4357
