I booked my genie + reservation for the day for the wrong park. I only plan on going to Epcot. How can I change this?

Welcome home, Ariana! I'm so glad you stopped by planDisney with this question. I don't want your day to be any less than magical, so let's look at some options for switching your Disney Genie+ Service to a different theme park.

Since you won't be able to make that change yourself, I suggest you stop by any Guest Relations location as soon as you get to EPCOT. There are Cast Members both outside and inside the theme park entrance, or look for the umbrellas scattered throughout the parks. They should be able to switch Genie+ Service to another park or upgrade you to the "All Parks" option.

If you're still at your resort or on your way to a park, try the chat feature on your My Disney Experience mobile app. Tap the three lines at the bottom right and select the "Chat With Us" tile. Explain your situation to the chat Cast Member, and there's a chance they can help you.

Ariana, I'm crossing my fingers and waving my magic wand that you'll have a fabulous day no matter what park you visit. What I love most about Walt Disney World Resort vacations is that you never know what pixie dust is waiting! Please stop by planDisney anytime.

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
