We are booked into French Quarter on December 31st 2018 for 11 days but are not planning to use our park tickets until Jan 2nd. Do we need to use the park tickets on Dec 31st to keep them valid? Thanks, Julian.

Thank you for returning to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Julian! I simply adore the ground of Disney’s Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter. When you are welcomed by the Krewe leader and smell the beignets in the lobby, you’ll feel right at home!

You do not need to use your tickets right away to keep them valid; they are valid during your entire stay if you booked a Magic Your Way package, with expiration dates varying. If you are concerned about your expiration dates, you can peek at your Tickets and Passes in My Disney Experience to see the expiration dates or call a Cast Member for assistance at (407) 939-1289. Often when my little family of four takes a summer vacation to Walt Disney World Resort, we will fly in, arriving in the late morning, send our luggage with bell services and enjoy the Resort for a day. Between the pools, fishing, lawn games and Movies Under The Stars, there is plenty to do!

If I can assist you further with your New Year’s Eve vacation, please let me know. It’s sure to be magic! ~ Lindsey P.
