I booked at the Fort wilderness ,Monday through thurs because I couldn't get Friday. When I went on I saw Friday was open can they change it to one mire day??

Hi Becky! This happens often when you look at getting a Fort Wilderness Resort reservation. Many of the campsites are booked months out for the weekends as it is a favorite local weekend getaway.

My advice to all is to keep checking for additional days and if you find them on line then grab them quickly. Even if it is not the category you have the rest of the reservation in just take it before it disappears. You can call the central reservation number and get them put together into one reservation or you can keep them separate and when you check in have them link them. We have had to do this many times and we try to do it ahead of time if possible to make it easier at check-in.

If you need more days then keep checking including asking when you check-in if it is possible to stay further. We have always had great luck doing this except at big holiday times in the Fort such as Halloween.
