I booked my flights after I reserved my Disney package. I cannot figure out where to go to add my flight information for magical express. Thank you.

Hi, Stacie! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for this great question!

I just love Disney’s Magical Express, a complimentary service that will whisk you quickly and safely from Orlando International Airport to your Disney Resort hotel! In order to add this service, you will have to call Disney Reservations in order to give them your flight numbers as, I am told, you can only add the service online at the time of booking. But don’t worry, friendly Cast Members are anxiously awaiting your call and are ready to help set-up your reservation! Once you arrive at Disney’s Magical Express check-in at Orlando International Airport, you simply need to present your Magic Band and a Cast Member will direct you to the proper motorcoach.

Remember to download the My Disney Experience mobile app to your smartphone or tablet before your arrival in order to facilitate making FastPass+ selections, manage Advanced Dining Reservations and view attraction wait times all from the palm of your hand! With the complimentary Wi-Fi found throughout the Theme Parks, Disney Resort hotels, and Disney Springs, it is easier than ever to navigate your magical vacation!

I hope this answers your question and that you visit us again real soon!
