We have booked our flights and will be flying into SFB. We are trying to determine which way is best for transportation to Disney. Should we rent a car? Can we rent from SFB and drop off at Disney then rent when we leave and return to SFB?

Hi there Ashley and welcome to planDisney! It's an honor for you to visit with us for help planning your summer Disney vacation.

There are several options to travel from Orlando Sanford Airport to your magical adventure at Walt Disney World.

Rideshare options such as Uber and Lyft are available, as well as a variety of shuttle services. You can visit the Orlando Sanford International  Airport website, click on Passengers, and then Taxi, Shuttles, and Rides to see a full list of shuttle operators that can get you to your resort.

I highly recommend renting a car from the airport and driving to your Walt Disney World resort hotel. If you're using Enterprise, National, or Alamo, you can return your vehicle to the Disney Car Care Center, which is located near Magic Kingdom. Complimentary shuttles are available to and from your Disney Resort hotel when you are ready to return or pick up a vehicle when you are ready to head back to the Orlando Sanford International Airport.

If you decide to keep your car for your entire stay, complimentary parking is available to all resort guests. This gives you the freedom to drive to the theme parks, where you will also have complimentary parking there, too!

Ashley, I hope this helps you determine which transportation option is best for you! If you have more planning questions, such as dining options, Lightning Lane selections or things to do outside of the theme parks, please stop by again.

    Toodles,
    Korliss
