    Hi, we have booked our flights and accommodation to Anaheim for late November this year and we have been informed by our travel agent that the 10 Day passes that we used to purchase being here in Australia are no longer available, is this true?

    Vacationing at Disneyland Resort in the late Fall will present you with many unique experiences, you must be very excited!

    I greatly apologize, but from my standpoint, as a Guest myself, I am at a disadvantage as I know not of the details of your Disneyland Resort theme park tickets. Furthermore, any official Disneyland-related sites under the Australian filters advise to either book with a travel agent or to consult a travel agent for tickets and package bookings or information. I might ask, that you consult with your travel agent once again regarding the use of your existing tickets and for further assistance thereafter.

    As well, I would recommend you contact Disneyland Resort “Tickets” to share specifics regarding your reservation package details, so that they may give you further direction. I do know, from first-hand experience, that Guest Services at Disneyland Resort always strive for the best outcomes for their Guests, and that they are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient with matters at hand.

    Justin, I recommend you resolve this ticket situation as soon as possible, to proceed with the linking of your vacation to your Disneyland account, or Disneyland Mobile App, so that you may begin your Disneyland Resort - Theme Park Reservations from 120-days before your arrival, and any other related planning, such as special experiences, tours, dining reservations at 60-days out and so forth.

    Once all is settled, I encourage you to return for first-hand advice for the remainder of your planning, and kindly familiarize yourself and refer frequently to the current, yet evolving Health and Safety Operational Guidelines in preparation for your magical vacation.
