We booked our first WDW vacation package for July 2010. The package comes with a free $500 gift card and a 5-day base ticket. Does anyone know if the gift card and the tickets will be mailed to my home or they will be picked up at the resort? Thanks.

Hi Ba, Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel!

How exciting to be taking your first Disney World vacation soon. The Free Gift Card is a wonderful deal, isn't it?!

You will receive your Gift Card and Park tickets upon check-in at your Resort. Your tickets will be on something called a "Key to the World Card", which will also have your room key and dining credits (if you purchased the Disney Dining Plan).

Wishing you a magical first vacation to Disney World. This link HERE may answer some of your questions and be sure to let us know if you need further help.
