    Just booked our very first family trip to WDW in May. All of the ADRs for the character meals we want are already taken. We didn't know we'd be able to take the trip 6 months in advance so couldn't make ADRs. Is there a waiting list for cancellations?

    Hello Michelle,

    I wish I had a Fairy Godmother with a magic wand to share with your right now! I know how frustrating it can be not to be able to make reservations some of the restaurants on which you had your heart set.

    There is no waiting list for dining reservations. But keep checking with the Cast Members at 407-WDW-DINE. You never know - some Guests may cancel a reservation for a time that works for your family. Also, when you arrive on property, you can ask your Resort Concierge to check on availability. Or you can try walking up to the restaurant for a table. It never hurts to ask!

    In the meantime, consider making reservations at one of the other fantastic restaurants Disney has to offer. You can search the various options by cuisine, location, or experience by clicking here.
