We just booked our first family trip to WDW this March. We are traveling with a 2 1/2 year old, and trying to limit the amount of "stuff" we have to bring. Can we travel on Magical Express and resort buses without a car seat for our son?

    Hi Theresa!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I completely understand the feeling. On our last visit, we had two toddlers and I felt like a pack mule walking through the airport.  For such little things, they can certainly require a ton of stuff!

The good news is that not only are they allowed to travel on those modes of transportation without car seats, car seats are not even allowed on Disney's Magical Express or on the Resort Transportation Buses. Your little one is able to sit either besides you or on your lap to make the safe journey to the next magical destination.

Enjoy your March vacation, and please let me know if there is anything else I may assist you with in planning the fun! Be sure to check out all the wonderful adventures spring at the Walt Disney World Resort has to offer. From all of us here, have a very magical first trip!
