    I just booked my first ever family vacation online. I have all the confirmation emails however, I don't think anything was mentioned about the park tickets. Will they be sent to me by mail? or do I pick them up when I get to our resort?

    Hi Jo-Anne,

    Rest assured, Mickey is keeping your tickets safe and sound at Walt Disney World for you.  When you check in at your resort, you will get the park tickets in your welcome kit. By the way, you may want to take advantage of the online checkin when you are 10 days from your arrival date; this will help speed up the actual check in once you arrive at your resort.
