Ahoy there, Sab! Welcome aboard planDisney! I'm so excited that you and your crew will be embarking on a magical journey when the Disney Wonder heads to the South Pacific. This also means you'll be on my favorite ship in the fleet! I love all the ships, but the Wonder has Tiana's Place, the French Quarter Lounge, and a few other spaces that just set it apart for my family!
When it comes to booking activities like Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, Royal Court Royal Tea, and Senses Spa, this is determined by your booking window - and your booking window is determined by your Castaway Club Status! This is broken down by how many cruises you've completed with Disney Cruise Line! The breakdown is as follows:
- 125 days before your sailing for Guests in Concierge Staterooms
- 120 days before your sailing for Platinum Castaway Club members, who have completed 10 or more cruises.
- 105 days before your sailing for Gold members, who have completed 5-9 cruises.
- 90 days before your sailing for Silver members, who have completed 1-4 cruises
- 75 days before your sailing for new cruisers!
Based on my calculations, 125 days prior to your sailing would be October 3rd, 2023 - so that would be the first booking date available. out as of this writing, so unless you're in a Concierge stateroom, you still have a bit of a wait to go! If you are in fact in a Concierge stateroom, you can call the dedicated Concierge Agent for personalized assistance in planning every cruise detail! Just be sure to have your reservation number ready!
If you're not in concierge accommodations, you'll be booking your activities on the Disney Cruise Line website under the "Book/Manage Cruise Activities" page. Once your booking window opens (at midnight Eastern Standard Time) you'll log in, head to the page, select the day of your cruise and the type of activity you're looking for, and poof: a whole new world of opportunities will reveal itself to you! It's no magic mirror, but it's as close as we get! A planDrew-approved tip: the most popular spa treatments may be available to book online, but be sure to stop by Senses Spa & Salon on embarkation day anyway, to see what specials they'll be running for your specific sailing!
Oh, and one last thing to remember: to book activities, you'll also need to have your cruise paid in full, so keep that in mind as those booking windows approach!
I hope that clears things up and leads to some smooth sailing for you and your crew as you continue planning! Thank you for your question, Sab! If you run into any other stormy seas while booking your plans, please drop me another line here at planDisney - I'm always here to lend a hand!
SEA ya real soon!
