Hey Howdy Hey Trudy and welcome to planDisney!
November in Walt Disney World Resort is such a Magical time to visit the resort. So much is going on in celebrating the Thanksgiving Holiday here in the U.S. as well as preparations for the Magical Holiday celebrations around the Christmas season! It is a great idea to get your trip booked early to secure your reservations for this festive time of year. One of the best parts about booking your trip so early is the ease of changes that can be made to your trip details.
As we all anxiously await any word on the return of
Disney Dining Plans, rest assured that if the return of the plans are announced, you will hear it on
Disney Parks Blog. As we have seen with so many things that have been reintroduced to Disney Parks recently, they should give lead times as to when things like this will become applicable. As long as your vacation dates are within the dates that may be announced, YES, you will be able to add the Dining Plan to your vacation.
You should be able to add the Dining Plan to your trip either through your
My Disney Experience account or by calling Disney. In the past, through your My Disney Experience account, if you went to the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section, you should see on the far right a link to "Change/Modify Reservation". When you click on this you are given options of things to change for your vacation and if/when the Dining Plan becomes available, this should show up here as an option to add. You can also
call Disney to speak directly to a Cast Member about adding this to your vacation and they will be happy to help.
Now depending on your dates of travel in November, I would try and keep an eye out for any communications on
Disney Very Merriest After Hours Event in Magic Kingdom. This celebration of the Holiday season usually takes place with some dates in November and is a special way to celebrate the most Magical time of the year in the Most Magical Place on Earth!
I hope this information was helpful in knowing you still do have the option to add things such as Disney Dining Plan to your vacation package if it were to become available for your vacation in November. Keeping my fingers crossed for you that we hear news on more information if and when this opinion will become available. If you have any further questions please let us know, we are happy to help!
Have a Magical Day,
Nick
