    I just booked our first Disney Cruise ever! Celebrating 9 family members and two birthdays! What is my next step? I know that I have to wait until September to book anything else, but what should I be doing now?

    There is absolutely nothing that compares to the excitement and anticipation of your very first Disney Cruise. It is even better when you are sharing this experience with family members. Since you still have a while to prepare for your cruise, this is a good time to explore the Disney Cruise Line website and find out about all that is available to you on the ship.  You can familiarize yourself with the activities offered for the different age groups, the dining, and find out what adventures await you at your ports of call. Once at the website, you can click on My Disney Cruise and get personalized information for you. I like to browse my favorite activities and mark them so I won’t forget about them later. The website will remember all of my favorite activities and excursions to help me plan at check in. Once it is time to check in online, you will be able to make reservations for all your favorites that you have chosen beforehand. For the birthday celebrations, you can reserve gifts for the stateroom, cakes, and decorations if you desire at that time. Booking your first Disney Cruise is the easy part of planning, and now the hard part is the waiting! I hope you enjoy your planning time and please visit us again if you have any more questions.
