We are booked for the After Fireworks Dessert Party at Magic Kingdom for Feb 3rd. Happily Ever After is at 8 and Once Upon a Time is at 8:45. Does this mean we will have to miss Once Upon a Time since our dessert party is after the fireworks?

Hi Brooke! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

You have such exciting plans for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! If there is one thing I love more than fireworks, it's fireworks AND yummy treats. You are going to have a "sweet" time!

I asked a Cast Member about the line-up for the evening with the Magic Kingdom After-Fireworks Dessert Party. The Cast Member suggested that after the dessert party begins, you exit the terrace where the party takes place to view Once Upon a Time and then re-enter the dessert party with your wristband. I highly recommend you speak with a Cast Member at the event about this when you check-in for your reservation prior to Happily Ever After to make sure this can be done. You don't want to exit and find that you can't get back in for more delicious bites! The Cast Member I spoke with also said that most of the show should be visible from the Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant anyway, so even if you were just viewing it from the dessert party, you shouldn't miss much. If you need any assistance with your reservation, you can call Disney Dining directly at (407) 939-1947.

I hope this helps a bit with your plans, Brooke! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
