    I booked a fireworks dessert cruise and paid up front. However I had to cancel and I thought I would get a refund, but don’t see it yet. Are enchanting extra refundable if canceled a month before the date?

    I bet you're growing more and more excited as you cross the days off your calendar and get closer to the day that you'll take off for your Walt Disney Resort Vacation! Isn't it so exciting to know that you'll be visiting during The World's Most Magical Celebration? Especially since you'll get to enjoy the fantastic nighttime spectacular Disney Enchantment at Magic Kingdom Park! I'm sorry to hear you had to cancel your Ferrytale Fireworks: A Sparkling Dessert Cruise reservation, but you'll still have an incredible view of the show if you plan to visit Magic Kingdom Park during your trip.

    Marisa, I am happy to share that you can absolutely cancel your Ferrytale Fireworks: A Sparkling Dessert Cruise reservation up to one day in advance and still receive a full refund. However, if you cancel after the one-day mark, you are not eligible for a refund. But, since you mentioned that you canceled your reservation a month in advance, you are good to go! Now, these refunds do take a few business days, which may be why you haven't seen the refund come through to your account just yet. If it has been more than a few business days, I would definitely recommend giving the Enchanting Extras Collection team a call at (407) 939-7758. I'm sure they will be happy to provide a status update on your refund and ensure that it gets taken care of for you.

    During your visit, be sure to keep an eye out for the golden sculptures of your favorite Characters located all around the parks as a part of the Disney Fab 50 Character Collection. You can also make a fun little game out of it with your family as you walk around! Have your group keep track and see who can be the first to spot all 50 characters! Whoever wins gets a special treat! A little friendly competition is always fun, don't you think?
