Charlotte Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I have booked a fireworks cruise event for my party. I was told there is no email confirmation, was given a reference number. The information given over the phone seems to differ from website (as in how far in advance to be at marina). I'm worried!

Hey Howdy Hey Charlotte and welcome to planDisney!

Any holiday to the Walt Disney World Resort is a Magical experience. If you can add on with an experience from the Enchanting Extras Collection, this will add a little extra pixie dust to your trip. Thank you for stopping by with your question about the arrival time for your Fireworks Cruise. Not to worry Charlotte, you've got a friend in me to give you the scoop on the details.

Watching Happily Ever After is a phenomenal way to end your evening in the parks. Finding those areas to watch the show with less of a crowd is a great option and the Fireworks Cruises are one of the top recommendations to do so. When getting ready for your Magical experience, you want to make sure you get there in time for your departure. Disney recommends you get to your departing location 1 hour and 15 minutes before the fireworks start time. If you are given information that recommends you get to the marina before that time, it never hurts to be early! No matter where you are leaving from, you can find plenty of things to do to occupy your time if you do find yourself at the marina extra early.

Once you arrive at the marina for your cruise, you can always check with the Cast Members on the specific departure time. If you do find yourself early, feel free to roam around and check out the resorts. Disney's Contemporary Resort has great shopping options as well as a grand lobby you can just relax in and watch the Walt Disney World Monorail go by. Disney's Polynesian Village Resort has an amazing resort to just walk around and enjoy the beaches. Of course, the shopping there is amazing too. Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa is also full of great shopping and unique views in the grand lobby. All three resorts are amazing and have very unique things available to check out before your cruise.

I hope this information was helpful so you can better prepare for your cruise. It is always better to be a little early rather than a bit late! If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out and let us know, we are always happy to help!

    Have a Magical day,

    Nick
