    Hi, I booked the Fantasmic dessert and vip viewing experience yesterday and have not received email confirmation, I have checked junk folder etc. I also cannot click on the reservation on the Disney app? What will I need to show on arrival to the event?

    Hello Keris and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel where as the current British Panelist I'm pleased to have the opportunity to assist you with your jolly holiday plans to visit Walt Disney World Resort.
    A spectacular viewing of Fantasmic! is the picture perfect way to end your day after playing big at Disney's Hollywood Studios especially when planning to indulge in the decadent delights of the Fantasmic! Dessert & VIP Viewing Experience which with a confirmed Advanced Dining Reservation should seamlessly link via My Disney Experience and MagicBands or Admission Cards to provide a virtual ticket to enter as with Disney Theme Park Tickets and so on.
    Generally speaking with most secured Advanced Dining Reservations made at Walt Disney World Resort Guests should receive a confirmation email to the account associated with My Disney Experience and it should be possible to view secured reservations there too and if not they can be added using the dining confirmation number provided at the time of booking by logging into My Disney Experience Mobile app and heading to My Plans - Link Dining where Guests can provide the confirmation number and last name on the reservation.
    If you do have any further concerns I recommend speaking with a knowledgable Cast Member by dialling the freephone number for Dining Reservations contained within this Walt Disney World Phone Directory.
