Hi Anne Collier,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question! I’m glad to hear that you’ve got everything almost set up. In the words of Princess Tiana, you’re almost there!
Have you tried signing out of your husband’s
My Disney Experience mobile app and also made sure the app is up to date? Sometimes doing both of these things helps the app refresh. Once complete, try signing in again and seeing if the “Future Plans” area changes. Make sure to swipe down in that area until you see a spinning circle, this is another way to manually refresh.
If the above doesn’t work, try confirming that the
Disney Park Pass reservations show up online. Within his
My Disney Experience account online, try looking at “My Plans”, if his Disney Park Passes are showing up there, that means there are fully linked and he should be okay to scan his MagicBand or
Disney MagicMobile while on the trip.
If for some reason you’re still not seeing the passes, I definitely suggest reaching out to the
My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+ desk to see if they can help with the situation. You’ll want to let them know that everything is linked to your account, but you want to confirm that it shows up properly within your husband’s My Disney Experience mobile app.
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful as you prepare for you next Walt Disney World Resort trip. If you have any other planning or vacation questions,
please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
