Hi Alejandra!
Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. December is such a magical time to visit, because of all the holiday decorations and special events going on around
Walt Disney World Resort.
I recommend checking the weather forecast as time gets closer, but I usually pack in layers. December's weather can be a little fickle and sometimes you don't know what you're going to get. It's usually cool in the mornings and nights and warm during the day. However, if Elsa is around and you get a cold snap during your vacation, then things change quickly.
I usually wear pants and a t-shirt and bring sweatshirts and a jacket. I'll also pack one pair of shorts and flip flops. When it gets hot, I'll start removing layers and tie them around my waist or bring a backpack. I also recommend bringing gloves and a hat just in case, especially if the forecast does look like it will be cold. You can purchase all of these items at Walt Disney World, too, or take a trip to
Disney Springs, if you don't have room in your luggage.
I often feel like Mary Poppins with a magic carpet bag in the winter months at Disney, because I can pack a lot of things in a little space. But I do prefer the milder temperatures of December.
If you have any other questions, please come back and see us real soon. Have a magical vacation!
Tania
