Hi Dean!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
I hope that you are starting to get exciting about a visit to the most magical place on earth. In my opinion, you are visiting during one of the best times of the year. The weather is typically favorable and still warm enough to enjoy some family fun time at the pool.
Many exciting offerings are happening during this time of the year. The
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival will be in full swing. With live music, delicious food and beverage offerings, and unforgettable experiences such as Specialty Dining & Pairings, this is a "must-do" in my family's vacation planning! Another favorite experience during this time of year is
Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. This evening celebration is Spooktacular and is perfect for guests of all ages. You can trick or treat throughout the park, dress up in your favorite costume, enjoy a spellbinding fireworks display, and sing and dance along to the Boo-to-You Halloween Parade.
Unfortunately, at this time, there isn't a trip countdown available in your
My Disney Experience. If you do a quick internet search, you can find some excellent vacation countdown sites. If you have kids, one of our favorite crafts is a paper chain countdown. We string this around our kitchen, and each day a child gets to remove a ring.
I hope that you have a wickedly good time!
