    Hello A!

Woo Hoo!  Your very first Walt Disney World Vacation is just around the corner!!  You all are going to have so much fun!

I can honestly say that Walt Disney World really goes the second and third mile when it comes to accommodating guests with special dietary needs.  In fact, www.disneyworld.com has some incredible information about helping guests with their special dietary requests.  This helpful webpage also gives you tips on how to let each restaurant know your husband is on a gluten free diet.  Just so you know, most Table Service Restaurants will bend over backwards to make sure your husband AND your kids have a MAGICAL restaurant experience.  I would recommend finding several restaurants you would like to visit.  Then, call 407-WDW-DINE and ask a Cast Member about the gluten free choices at each restaurant.

I have also found some great information from blogs not affiliated with Walt Disney World like The Disney Food Blog that will give you specific information on gluten free choices at different Walt Disney World restaurants.

If you have other questions, please let me know.

    Have a MAGICAL day!
