    Hi there. We have booked a family suite in All star Music for december 24th (1 night) & Dec 30th ( 2 nights). Can you please advise what is the earliest we can check in as we would really like to just drop our bags and go to the parks. Many thank

    Hi Julie!

    You can check-in to the resort and receive your Key to the World card whenever you arrive!  As you know, that's important if your park tickets are on your Key to the World card, as opposed to having separate tickets.  However, your room typically won't be ready until the afternoon.  Thus you will just need to drop off your bags with Bell Services at the resort and then head off to the parks!  When you check in, you can leave information so that you can be contacted when your room is ready.

    Have a magical time and enjoy the holiday decorations!  They're fabulous!
