This split stay may just be the most extraordinary one I've ever heard of. A full week at
Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge followed by 2 weeks at
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa sounds like an absolute dream come true.
The construction at both resorts shouldn't mar your magic too much. While Guests can expect to possibly hear some construction noise during the day and may have a few walking path redirections, most amenities at both locations will still be up and running for you to enjoy. The only slight snafu would be if you have machinations on
The Grand Floridian Café. That eatery is undergoing refurbishment and is supposed to remain shuttered throughout October. But fear not. Guests can still experience that delicious fare during the day at
Citricos. They'll be offering up the café's menu for breakfast and lunch until it's done being beautified.
