Enchante by Chef Arnaud Lallement serves its full dinner menu each night of the cruise, so you can look forward to gourmet delights created by this highly talented 3 Michelin-starred chef.
You may be thinking of Prima Notte, Italian for, "First Night," which is a wine and food tasting experience held at
Palo Steakhouse on the first night of a cruise. See what they did there? If you're interested in the future, please know Prima Notte doesn't replace the regular dinner menu at Palo; rather, some tables are reserved for this unique experience held at two different seating times. So, you'd be able to get the full menu at Palo as well unless you specifically booked the Prima Notte experience.
All of these adults-only dining experiences can be booked prior to your cruise as soon as your window opens to prebook onboard fun, adult dining and
Port Adventures. I like to do this using my
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App. If I'm not able to secure my top choices, I keep checking the app multiple times a day in case openings pop up.
Before your dinner at Enchante, think about taking time for a pre-dinner cocktail at
The Rose. It's located adjacent to Enchante and offers unparalleled views of the water through its floor-to-ceiling windows. They have many cocktails unique to this lounge in addition to a full bar. It's worth taking a look around this gorgeous space even if you don't stick around for a drink.
