Booked on the Dream for this Sept.! Very excited! We have a Cat 5E oceanview with verandah. From looking on the deck plans, I am concerned that the safety boats will obscure our view. Will this be a problem? Thanks for such a great panel!

    Hey, Breck!

Congratulations on booking a cruise aboard the new Disney Dream -- she is oh-so stylish and spectacular! You're going to think you're living a dream!

Rest assured that your verandah view will not be obscured. The clever Disney Imagineers who designed the Dream made sure that the staterooms on Deck 6 look out over the lifeboats -- whereas the kids areas on the deck below are even with the lifeboats. The staterooms on that level are located Forward and Aft, and there are no staterooms located on Deck 4.

My husband and I recently stayed in a Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with a verandah on Deck 6, and our view on the ocean and in ports was magnificent. I hope this helps relieve any worries you may have.

Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
