Greetings, Deborah! Welcome to planDisney, the happiest planning resource on earth!
I'm so happy to see you've booked a visit during the spookiest season of all! You're going to love the frights and delights of
Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort. You are correct that booking a
Disneyland Resort vacation package will secure your hotel reservation, but your theme park tickets (delivered in your
travel ePackage) will not arrive in your linked Disneyland account until 4 days prior to your arrival date.
However, this should not stop you from being able to make your theme park reservations or dining reservations! I'm happy to help share a few tips on how to do this. You'll want to log in to your account on the Disneyland website and select "
My Hotel Reservations" or on the
official Disneyland mobile app, it will be under "Future Plans." This will display any existing reservations you may hold. If you don't see your hotel reservation there, just select the "Link to Account" button and navigate to "Type ID" which will allow you to link your resort reservation. Then, type in the reservation confirmation number that you received in the booking email, as well as the last name of the Guest who made the reservation, and your arrival date.
Once your vacation package confirmation is linked to your account, you'll be able to make your
theme park reservations up to 120 days in advance of your visit, even if you don't have the eTickets yet. Don't worry, those are still coming 4 days before you arrive!
I have more good news for you! You can make your
advanced dining reservations up to 60 days before your visit without presenting an admission ticket or park reservation. Feel welcome to browse dining locations and search for availability and then follow the steps to secure your dining reservation on your preferred date, knowing that you will have your ticket and park reservation later on.
I hope this is helpful guidance, Deborah! There is so much magic waiting in store for you during your visit this Autumn. If we can help answer any other questions along the way, don't hesitate to "Hurry Back," as
Madame Leota would say!
Wishing you Wondrous Journeys,
Tishra
