Hi , I booked my disneyland ticket through klook app for 2 adults and it only asked ne 1 name ( klook account name). Now both tickets show 1 name only will it be ok or do i need to get the name changed on the ticket?

    Hello Ayushi!

Welcome to planDisney! I'm excited that you are just a few weeks from visiting Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida, all the way from India! Well, I hope you meant Walt Disney World Resort as you did state "Disneyland" in your question. Disneyland could refer to Disneyland Resort in California or one of the International Parks such as Tokyo Disneyland or Disneyland Paris. Since I found you here in the Walt Disney World Resort queue I am going to answer your question as if you intended this Park. (If I'm wrong, just come back with more details and we will get you to the right place!)

When you have tickets for Walt Disney World Resort it is important to eventually assign your tickets to the guest visiting the Park but it's okay if it has your name on both of them right now. I currently have a few tickets in my account that I eventually plan on giving to my children when they visit the Parks. However, I have not yet assigned it to them. I plan on eventually doing it through the My Disney Experience Account by reassigning the tickets to them. If for some reason this method is not working for you try downloading the My Disney Experience Mobile App. I don't know if it will be available to download in your country but once you arrive in the United States you will be able to download it with no issue. If you have the app, look for the three stacked lines on the bottom right "≡" and select "Tickets and Passes." All the tickets linked to your account should be there. If you don't see them then click on the "+" sign on the top right to open the option to "Link Tickets & Passes" which is where you will enter the confirmation numbers that Klook sent you. Once it is linked you will see the option under the tickets to "Reassign Ticket" and you can pick a person from "Your Family & Friends List" to assign it to. I don't know if the other person in your party made an account but if they did you can link to them and make plans together. If you have not linked to them yet then scroll to "+ Add a Guest" and find them. If for some reason they do not want to create their account then you can create a managed profile for them. It's essentially a filler account that you handle for the guest which links them to tickets and plans.

Don't worry if you can't arrange this before you arrive. If you still see two tickets with your name on them you can have it fixed when you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort. Head to the ticket booths in front of the Parks or even better, head to Disney Springs and check out the lovely Guest Services building over there. This is a great place to start your Walt Disney World vacation as there is no ticket needed for admission and you can enjoy delicious restaurants and shop for any souvenirs. This is also a great place to find Disney Bands or as they are called in the United States, MagicBands. World of Disney is the world's biggest Disney Store and it is a must-do when visiting. These bands are a great tool to use in the Parks as once they are linked to your My Disney Experience Account and the profiles of the guests visiting the Parks they become your ticket! You will use these bands to tap into the entrance and if you purchase Genie+ they will be how you access the Lightning Lane entrances. They are also very cute accessories.

I hope this helps and if you have any more questions please feel free to let me know!

    Happy Planning!
