We are booked for the Disneyland Hotel in a 1 bedroom family suite. Thinking of upgrading reservation to a 2 bedroom junior family connecting suite for more space. Do these have 2 bathrooms? Do they have the wet bar like the other suites?

    Hello, Michelle!

Welcome back to planDisney. It sounds like you enjoy visiting different Disney destinations, just like me! I also love staying at the Disneyland Resort hotels. My family just returned from a trip where we stayed in the Villas at Disneyland Hotel. I was captivated by the decor in this new tower!

You will love the Family Connecting Suites! I stayed in a 2 Bedroom Family Connecting Suite last year with my extended family members, and we actually had 2.5 bathrooms! Each bedroom had a full bathroom, and a half-bathroom was located in the living area. The 2 Bedroom Junior Connecting Suite typically has at least two full bathrooms. Although they do not usually have a wet bar, room configurations can vary. The Family Connecting Suites at the Disneyland Hotel are my favorite rooms when traveling with family members or if we just want additional space. The extra bathrooms in most suites are also really helpful in the mornings!

I recommend exploring the Villas at Disneyland Hotel if you are interested in more kitchen amenities. My family stayed in a Deluxe Studio, which had a fridge, microwave, and extra sink, plus dishware and silverware. Using the microwave to warm up leftovers was so convenient!

Also, make sure to set aside time to play in the pools! My kids loved plunging down the Monorail-themed waterslides. We scheduled one "chill" day halfway through our trip to dine in Goofy's Kitchen and swim in the pools. It was a splendid day!

Michelle, enjoy your stay at the Disneyland Hotel! Do not hesitate to contact planDisney again if you have other questions.
