Hello, We booked out Disney World tickets and realized I never put in that we will also have our 20 month old daughter. Do I need to get her an extra ticket to the parks or let anyone know she will be part of our party?

    Hi Kelsey!

I am sure you will have a lot of fun at your next Walt Disney World vacation with your little princess. Watching their eyes light up seeing the characters or experiencing the parades and fireworks is worth every minute.

Children under three years of age do not need a park ticket and you do not need to let anyone know about that. Children under three also don't require fastpasses and they will simply go with you as long as there are no height requirements. However, when making your room reservation at one of the great Disney Resorts you will need to notify them of ALL persons who will be occupying the room and that includes infants and toddlers. Disney must know who will be in each room for fire code safety.

You will also need to include your young daughter in all Dining reservations that you make. This again is to let the restaurants know how many guests to set tables up for as strollers are not allowed in most and high chairs will be added. They cannot have extra chairs in the aisles that would disrupt the safety and service.

If you have not included her for your dining reservations at this time please don't cancel what you have. Simply let the cast members know when you check in that there will be an infant/toddler with you that will need a high chair. They can make the necessary changes at that time. Dining reservations can be so hard to get so you don't want to cancel what you have made to this point.

Enjoy and make sure you take lots of pictures!
