Hello Shanon. Welcome to planDisney!
To see your current balance and make payments, you must log into your MyDisney account by selecting "My Plans" under the
My Disney Experience dropdown menu. If you have not linked your vacation package to your account,
visit the linking page and select "Resort Reservation or Vacation Package." Input your Confirmation Number and the Last Name on the reservation, and follow the prompts. Once that's done (or if it's already been linked), go to that "My Plans" page and scroll down until you see your reservation. Here is where you should be able to see your remaining balance and click a blue link that says "Make a Payment." Click that button and follow the prompts. If for some reason you don't see that option, you may have to log out and then log back in. Or you can
call a friendly Cast Member at the resort who will happily provide you with this information and take your payment.
Since your vacation is not until September 2025, let's talk about things you can do in the meantime to get excited and ensure you have the best trip ever when it comes around!
- Mark your calendar for 60 days ahead of your arrival date. This is when you'll be able to make advanced dining reservations and reserve any experiences from the Enchanting Extras Collection for your entire vacation (up to 10 days). This typically happens at 6 a.m. EST, but you'll want to log on a little bit earlier to be on the safe side!
- Plan a Disney night where you gather everyone together, listen to some Disney tunes, and decide what experiences everyone is most looking forward to. This will help you decide what to make the priorities on your vacation.
- See if you can arrive early on your arrival day so you can visit a water park...for free! 2025 vacation packages (Disney Resorts Collection Hotel room reservation and theme park tickets reserved together) booked through the Walt Disney Travel Company will be able to take advantage of this perk on their check-in day. You may want to check with your third party to ensure this perk is included in what you booked!
- Listen to relevant episodes of the planDisney Podcast to get more information, tips, and tricks in a fun and engaging way. Of course, I think all of the episodes are relevant, but I might be a bit biased.
- Follow along with Disney Parks on Instagram and the Disney Parks Blog for the latest updates, changes, and experiences coming our way.
Just keep in mind that some of these things can change between now and when your trip comes around. But we'll always be here to help you so feel free to
reach back out with any other questions, and know the Disney Parks Blog will always steer you in the right direction!
Never lose your zest for life,
Matt
