I booked my Disney vacation but was looking for the meal plan deal. Any idea when that will drop?

    Greetings, Edmarie!

September is one of my favorite times of the year to visit Walt Disney World Resort. The Epcot International Food & Wine Festival is in usually in full swing, and this year everyone will be enjoying the opening of Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at Disney's Hollywood Studios. It's opening on August 29 of this year, right before you arrive! You should get yourself some Blue Milk to celebrate being one of the first guests to arrive on the planet Batuu.

I love adding the Disney Dining Plan to my vacation package, and sometimes I've been able to get a great deal on it or even get it for free. This year, the Free Dining promotion was offered from January through to mid-February for arrival dates between July 5 and September 30, 2019. I haven't seen this promotion offered twice in a year before, but there are often a variety of special offers, deals, and discounts available for select arrival dates, so you might want to have a look there and see if there's anything that's right for your family and your vacation. It's also a great idea to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog, because it'll be the first place you'll hear about any exciting offers or deals happening at Walt Disney World Resort. Of course, if you still want to add the Disney Dining Plan to your vacation package, you can contact Disney Resort Hotel Reservations to get it all set up.

    Have a magical day, Edmarie!
