Hi, Jessica! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney!
I'm so excited to hEAR that you will soon be traveling to
Walt Disney World Resort! You've chosen a wonder-
fall time to visit! Be sure to check out all of the
spook-tacular Halloween fun at
Magic Kingdom Park. You can also sip and snack your way around the world with the
Taste of EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival.
During the
phased reopening process at Walt Disney World Resort, Guests wishing to visit a theme park will need both valid
theme park admission and a
Disney Park Pass reservation. You'll want to make your Disney Park Pass reservations as soon as possible, and in order to do so, you'll need to link your theme park tickets to your
My Disney Experience account. I'm sorry to hEAR that you're running into some trouble with linking your tickets. I'm happy to see if I can help you sort this out.
To link your theme park tickets, open your
My Disney Experience mobile app and click on the three lines at the bottom-right corner of the home screen. Next, you will want to click on "Tickets and Passes." From there, click the plus sign at the top-right corner of the Tickets and Passes screen, and then click on "Link Tickets & Passes." Next, you will need to locate the ID code for each of your theme park tickets. You will need to scan or enter the ID code for each ticket that you wish to link to My Disney Experience and assign each ticket to a member of your travel party.
If you do not have the ID codes for your theme park tickets, I would recommend contacting the travel company with whom you booked your vacation. If you run into any other trouble with linking your tickets, feel free to call the Walt Disney World Resort
Help Center phone number for existing tickets. The Help Center Cast Members should be able to get things sorted out for you faster than you can say, "Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo!"
Wishing you a magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
Samantha
