I have booked a Disney trip and staying on Disney property and it includes 3 day hopper pass. One of the guests is now unable to go. Is it possible that Disney will make adjustments and remove the one of the hopper passes for the guest not attending?

    Hi Ashley, welcome to planDisney!

I'm happy to hear you have decided to stay at a Disney Resort Hotel for your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation! There are so many benefits to staying on Disney property and I think my favorite one is not having to drive anywhere during my vacation!  I find Disney transportation, whether it be by Walt Disney World Bus Service, Walt Disney World Water Transportation, Walt Disney World Monorail, or the Disney Skyliner to be convenient and relaxing.

I'm sorry to hear a member of your party will not be able to attend your vacation.  I don't have the specifics of your travel dates but I would suggest reviewing the Terms and Conditions related to your Disney Vacation Package and then contacting a Disney Cast Member at Disney Resort Hotel Reservations to discuss your options.

Ashley, if you will be traveling during the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, you might be interested in listening to the latest planDisney Podcast for some great tips!

Please let us know if there is anything further we can assist you with.  I hope your vacation is truly magical!
