    I booked my disney trip online, including park passes. Are the park passes sent to my house or do i pick them up at my hotel? Thanks so much!!

    Hi Jennifer,

    If you purchased a Magic Your Way Package which includes your resort room and theme park tickets, then you will get them at check-in. Once you check in, you'll be given a "Key to the World Card". This will serve as your room key, park pass and will hold your Disney Dining Plan credits (if you purchased the Plan).

    If you arrive earlier than the standard 3pm check-in time and you wish to visit a park that day, you can simply store your bags with Bell Services and pick up your passes at that time.
